1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bitkable (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Bitkable. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bitkable.com of any unauthorised use of your account. Bitkable is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Bitkable only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Circumvent any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities.

5. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details, including wallet addresses. Bitkable does not guarantee the value of any cryptocurrency and is not responsible for any loss arising from market volatility or transaction errors.

6. KYC / AML Compliance

Bitkable is required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide required documentation may result in account restrictions.

7. Fees

Bitkable charges fees for certain transactions. Current fee schedules are displayed within the Platform prior to transaction confirmation. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitkable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
